The SSDP App is a space for education, advocacy, coordination, and respectful community participation. These Guidelines apply to chat, event submissions, reports, uploaded files, profile content, and other user activity.
Be Respectful
Treat other users with dignity. Do not harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, shame, or target people based on identity, background, views, chapter, school, role, or lived experience.
No Hate, Abuse, or Threats
Do not post hate speech, slurs, dehumanizing content, threats, violent encouragement, stalking, sexual harassment, or content intended to make users unsafe.
Protect Privacy
Do not share another person's private information without permission. This includes home addresses, phone numbers, personal emails, private meeting details, screenshots, sensitive photos, and private health or legal information.
Keep Harm Reduction Educational
Discussion of drug policy and harm reduction is allowed when educational, advocacy-oriented, or safety-focused. Do not use the app to buy, sell, trade, solicit, or facilitate controlled substances or other illegal goods or services.
No Spam or Manipulation
Do not spam, scam, impersonate others, manipulate points or reports, disrupt events, upload malicious files, or interfere with app security.
Report Problems
Use in-app reporting tools to flag messages that may violate these Guidelines. SSDP administrators may review reports, remove content, add filter terms, restrict access, or take other moderation actions. You can also report abuse to info@ssdp.org.
