SSDP App Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your SSDP App account and associated data using the in-app deletion flow or by contacting SSDP. This page is publicly available and does not require an account or app installation.

Delete In The App

1. Open the SSDP App.
2. Go to More and open your profile/account settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

The deletion flow removes your account and your user-owned uploaded files, including avatar and lobby report storage objects associated with your user ID.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email info@ssdp.org with the subject line "SSDP App Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your app account. SSDP may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

What Is Deleted vs. Retained

Deletion removes your account record and user-owned uploaded files. Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, moderation records, security records, or legal/compliance records — for example, snapshots of messages you reported or that were reported about you, kept for safety and abuse prevention. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained. SSDP may retain limited information where necessary for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or organizational records.

Timing

SSDP will review deletion requests as promptly as practical. Some backup and operational systems may take additional time to expire or be overwritten.
